Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

VODrizr is developed and maintained by plagrizr (plagrizr.com). You can contact us at matt@plagrizr.com.

2. What VODrizr Does

VODrizr is a Windows desktop application that helps Twitch streamers identify highlight moments in their VODs using chat activity, audio energy, and speech detection. Users can review detected clips, trim them, and optionally export or upload them to social platforms such as TikTok.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

VODrizr does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifying information
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry
• The content of your streams or clips
• Your Twitch account credentials

All processing (video download, analysis, clip creation) occurs entirely on your local machine. No data is sent to our servers because we do not operate any servers.

4. TikTok Integration

VODrizr optionally integrates with TikTok's API to allow you to upload clips directly to your TikTok account. When you connect TikTok:

• You are redirected to TikTok's own login page to authenticate. VODrizr never sees your TikTok password.
• TikTok returns an OAuth access token to the app. This token is stored locally on your device only, in your user profile folder.
• The token is used solely to upload videos on your behalf, as you direct. VODrizr does not upload anything without your explicit action.
• VODrizr accesses your basic TikTok profile information (display name and avatar) for display purposes within the app.
• You can revoke VODrizr's access to your TikTok account at any time via TikTok's Connected Apps settings.

5. Local Data Storage

VODrizr stores the following data locally on your device:

• Downloaded VODs: Stored in your chosen output folder. You control these files.
• Session state: A session.json file in your output folder that remembers your last analysis so you can resume without re-downloading.
• App settings: Stored in %APPDATA%\VODrizr\ on Windows. Includes cue phrases, detection settings, and preferences.
• TikTok OAuth token: Stored locally in your app data folder. Never transmitted to our servers.

You can delete all of this data by uninstalling VODrizr and removing the %APPDATA%\VODrizr\ folder and your output directory.

6. Third-Party Services

VODrizr uses the following third-party services at your direction:

• Twitch: VODs are downloaded using publicly available yt-dlp tooling. Your Twitch credentials are not required or used.
• TikTok API: Used only when you connect your TikTok account and initiate an upload.

7. Children's Privacy

VODrizr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you are under 13, please do not use this application.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of VODrizr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
