Terms of Service
1. About VODrizr
VODrizr ("the App") is a Windows desktop application developed by plagrizr (plagrizr.com) that analyzes Twitch VODs to automatically detect highlight moments, generates clips from those moments, and provides optional integration with social platforms including TikTok.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VODrizr, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VODrizr. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
4. Permitted Use
VODrizr is provided for personal and professional use by content creators. You may use the App to:
- Download and analyze VODs from Twitch that you own or have rights to
- Generate highlight clips from your own stream content
- Upload your own clips to social media platforms using your own accounts
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use VODrizr to:
- Download, clip, or redistribute content that you do not own or do not have rights to use
- Circumvent copyright protections or violate intellectual property rights
- Upload content that violates the terms of service of any third-party platform (including Twitch and TikTok)
- Harass, defame, or harm other individuals
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
6. Third-Party Platform Compliance
VODrizr integrates with third-party platforms including Twitch and TikTok. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each platform's own terms of service:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of VODrizr complies with all applicable third-party platform policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms in response to your content or usage.
7. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you download, process, or upload using VODrizr. VODrizr does not review, monitor, or take responsibility for any content you create or distribute using the App.
8. Intellectual Property
VODrizr and its source code, design, and branding are the property of plagrizr. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the App without explicit written permission.
You retain all rights to the content you create using VODrizr.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
VODrizr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, plagrizr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or content — arising from your use of or inability to use VODrizr, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which, if free, is $0).
11. Changes to the App or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue VODrizr at any time. We may also update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
